Equilibrio inestable / Unstable equilibrium

Un contrapunto entre destrucciones y construcciones -ambas consideradas parte de un mismo proceso.- dan forma a un estado de equilibrio que lleva en sí el germen del desequilibrio. Una situación dinámica que moviliza esta dualidad, instalando el universo de lo provisorio y de lo efímero.
Por un lado, 50 vidrios de descarte colgando desde el techo de los sótanos en construcción, oscilan merced a motores que los impulsan. Los vidrios chocan entre sí, causando su rotura, al mismo tiempo que generan un entorno sonoro.
Por otro lado, estructuras de mallas metálicas en la vidriera van girando mecánicamente, envolviendo hilos de metal que hacen crecer su estructura.
“Equilibrio inestable” takes place in two spaces of the Centro Cultural General San Martín.
A counterpoint between destructions and constructions -both considered part of the same process- give shape to a state of equilibrium that carries within itself the germ of imbalance. A dynamic situation that mobilizes this duality, installing the universe of the provisional and the ephemeral.
On the one hand, 50 pieces of discarded glass hanging from the ceiling of the basements under construction, oscillate thanks to motors that propel them. The glasses collide with each other, causing them to break, while at the same time generating a sound environment.
On the other hand, metal mesh structures in the window rotate mechanically, wrapping metal threads that make their structure grow.
