Serie en cuarentena / Quarantined series

Es casi un “mantra higienista” a partir de acciones de conflagración antiviral sobre los alimentos, ritmando una temporalidad que me reconecta con mi espacio interior pero también con un afuera portador de virus.
El otro micro-relato, Día 92, también recoge de cierta manera la dinámica mántrica de la repetición, pero, en este caso, como acto de memoria: la acción de escribir los nombres y pronunciarlos, esparcirlos y pegarlos en el muro, visibiliza a las víctimas de femicidio en cuarentena en una suerte de conjuro contra el olvido y el borramiento.
En esta inercia repetitiva me pregunto insistentemente cuál es el punto en que el abandono se inicia (si lo hubiera). Y también intento responder al fuego furioso de Yanyun Chen, acarreando mis rocas que siempre se caen.
The video Lejía refers to repetitive actions in times of quarantine. It is almost a “hygienist mantra” based on antiviral conflagration actions on food, rhythming a temporality that reconnects me with my inner space but also with a virus-carrying outside.
The other micro-story, Day 92, also picks up in a certain way the Mantric dynamics of repetition, but, in this case, as an act of memory: the action of writing the names and pronouncing them, scattering them and pasting them on the wall, makes visible the victims of femicide in quarantine in a sort of incantation against oblivion and erasure.
In this repetitive inertia, I insistently ask myself what is the point at which abandonment begins (if any). And I also try to respond to Yanyun Chen’s furious fire, carrying my rocks that always fall.
